These terms govern use of Create Web Page, an MCP-first service for creating, previewing, publishing, and maintaining landing pages from AI clients.

Accounts And AI Clients

Users are responsible for their account, OAuth consent, connected AI clients, and all tool calls made through authorized tokens.

Users must not share access tokens, claim links, or edit tokens with anyone who should not be able to view or modify a page.

User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they provide or generate for their pages. Users grant us the rights needed to host, display, cache, secure, and operate the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring their page content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and suitable for publication.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the service for phishing, scams, malware, impersonation, unlawful regulated services, hate or harassment, explicit sexual content, exploitation of minors, illegal goods or services, spam, or misleading claims.

We may suspend accounts, hide pages, revoke tokens, or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for visitors, platforms, or infrastructure.

Service Availability And Liability

The service is provided as available. We work to keep pages fast and reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated content will meet every business, legal, SEO, or conversion goal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
